At Ina Culture, we strive to process and deliver all orders efficiently and securely. Below you will find our shipping terms and timelines.

  1. Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 to 5 business days from purchase confirmation. During peak seasons, promotions, or other exceptional events, this timeframe may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will notify the customer promptly. Note: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  2. Estimated Shipping Time Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
  • 8 to 25 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, the courier company, and other external factors such as customs, weather conditions, or local logistics restrictions.
  1. Domestic and International Shipping We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Please note that for international shipments:
  • The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees in their country.
  • Delivery times may be affected by the customs procedures of the destination country.
  1. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment status in real time.
  2. Shipping Issues Please ensure that the address provided at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

  4. Partial Shipments In some cases, if you have purchased multiple products, your order may be shipped in separate packages. You will not be charged additional shipping for this.
  5. Seasonal Notice – Chinese New Year Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, some factories and logistics partners may operate with reduced staff approximately from February 14 to 22. During this period, order processing and dispatch may experience temporary delays of up to 7 business days. We continue to operate normally and all orders will be processed as soon as possible once our logistics partners resume regular activity. We appreciate your understanding.
